The Marriage Mentoring training is an interactive 3.5-hour session that will allow couples to assess their interest and willingness to mentor while providing the necessary tools to begin mentoring immediately.

Training includes:

1. Case for mentoring
2. Overview of the conversational model of mentoring
3. Mentor skills development
4. Expectations, goals, and boundaries of the mentoring relationship
5. Practice mentoring conversation
